Cubic zirconia (CZ) — the gemstone used in AD jewellery — is graded on a scale from A to AAAA based on clarity, cut precision, and light performance. Most mass-market jewellery uses A or AA grade stones that appear glassy, lack fire, and cloud quickly with wear. The 6-Layer Plating Process
Standard AD jewellery typically uses a single-layer or dual-layer gold plating that begins to fade within weeks of regular use. Orviana's proprietary 6-layer plating process applies a copper base layer, two alloy bonding layers, a primary gold/rhodium layer, a colour-lock layer, and a final anti-tarnish sealing layer.
